Athlete Classes

  • Iron X Athletes Class is designed for athletes ages 8 to 12 years old. The class is held Tuesday and Thursday at 4:30 pm. It is a great opportunity for young athletes to improve their strength, endurance, and overall athletic performance. The class focuses on various exercises and techniques that are tailored to the specific needs and abilities of this age group. Whether your child is a beginner or already has some athletic experience, they will benefit from the guidance and support of our experienced coaches. Join us and let your child unleash their full potential!

  • This class is designed for athletes ages 13 to 15 years old. The class is held from Monday to Thursday at 5:30 pm. In this class, athletes will be introduced to functional movements, including exercises with weights and resistance bands. The focus is on developing strength, power, and overall athletic performance. Our experienced coaches will guide athletes through a variety of exercises and techniques that are specifically designed to improve their functional movement skills. Whether your child is new to strength training or has some experience, this class will provide them with the opportunity to enhance their abilities and reach their full potential. Join us and watch your child thrive!

  • The athlete 16 & Up class is held from Monday to Thursday at 5:30 pm. In this class, athletes will be introduced to functional movements, including exercises with weights and resistance bands. Our goal is to prepare athletes for dominance in high school sports by enhancing their strength, power, and overall athletic performance. Our experienced coaches will provide guidance and instruction on proper form and technique to ensure athletes get the most out of each exercise. The class is designed to challenge athletes of all skill levels and help them reach their full potential. Join us and take your high school sports performance to the next level!

  • Pathway to the Pros program that provides athletes with a high-level training experience tailored to their specific sport. Our program is designed to help athletes reach their full potential by offering a comprehensive approach that includes measurement, testing, and a core training regimen. Class times will be available week two of February 2024.
